Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Airpro purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Only damaged or defective items qualify for a return or exchange. You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing contact@airprofragrances.com with your order details and product images.
Return Process
1. Email us with your order number and product photos.
2. Our support team will verify and approve eligible requests.
3. Approved items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products cannot be returned. Returns are not accepted for reasons related to fragrance preference or minor packaging differences.
